Berlin, May 7, 2010
Lavinia Biagiotti participated as first fragrance ambassador at Duftstar 2010, the gala evening that awards the best perfumes each year and is known among professionals in the sector as the “Perfume Oscars".
Maison Biagiotti and the Fragrance Foundation have worked closely together for many years.
In 2005, Biagiotti’s “Aqua di Roma Uomo” fragrance won the Duftstar “New Product” category, and in 2008, Laura Biagiotti received the renowned Duftstar Lifetime Achievement Award.
Since the Fragrance Foundation considers Lavinia Biagiotti to be one of Italy’s most successful young entrepreneurs, full of vitality and with in-depth knowledge of the sector, she is the best Ambassador they could ever hope for.
Lavinia Biagiotti was accompanied to the evening by Mr. Michele Valensise, the esteemed Italian Ambassador in Germany, and later met up with her fiancé, attorney Francesco Jovene.
During the evening, Lavinia Biagiotti presented the award for the best men’s fragrance in the “Prestige” category to “Paco Rabanne 1 Million.”
